Overview

Seven Residence is a 55 feddan residential compound developed by Harby Group near Ashgar City. The project is built around the concept of the seven chakras, with each zone reflecting a unique identity, color palette, and set of facilities.

The primary challenge was translating an abstract conceptual framework into a clear and scalable brand architecture that residents and visitors could easily understand and navigate.

Native Studio structured the project’s identity through a comprehensive brand
architecture that defined each zone through distinct visual identities and a carefully
developed color system. The concept was translated into a coherent narrative and
supported with a complete sales kit to ensure clarity in communication and marketing.
