STAY’N is a serviced apartment and retail destination developed by APlus Developments, designed around a youthful living concept built primarily for students and young professionals. Located near MSA University, the project combines studios and one bedroom units with integrated services and retail offerings to create a self-contained lifestyle destination.
The key challenge was developing a brand concept that resonates with a young
audience while also appealing to investors seeking a fully finished, ready-to-rent serviced
apartment model. The project needed to communicate convenience, lifestyle, and
practicality in a clear and compelling way.
Native Studio developed the brand strategy around the core idea “Stay in. Never go out.”
a concept that reflects a complete, self-contained living experience. The branding
emphasized youth culture, simplicity, and everyday convenience while integrating retail,
services, and residential living into a cohesive narrative.
The result was a vibrant and modern project identity that positioned STAY’N as a
contemporary serviced living destination appealing to students, residents, and investors
alike.
